This free online course will teach you how to apply the principles of entrepreneurship to create solutions for the world’s most pressing problems. You will learn how to design a solution, create a mission-driven organization, and select the best structure for your venture: nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid. You will also get advice from successful social entrepreneurs, such as Nobel Laureate, Muhammad Yunus, Embrace Co-Founder, Jane Chen, and Kreyol Essence founder and CEO, Yve-Car Momperousse.
This social entrepreneurship course was designed specifically for those thinking of starting a social venture (either for-profit or nonprofit) or who are in the early stages of getting their venture started. If you are working at an existing social venture you may still find this course useful, however. No previous experience or coursework is required.
To complete this social entrepreneurship training, you will need a device that allows you to listen to audio, access course materials, and upload your assignments.
